Job Description
- Be the face of Zoho with prospects, customers, and partners
- Connect with prospects to understand their requirements and map them with product capabilities
- Engage in voice, email, and chat-based support
- Diagnose and solve application issues
- Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
- Handle product demos, implementation, and training

- Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
