Welcome to the Digital & Information Management (D&IM) Team at Airbus India!

The D&IM Teams based in Bangalore build the Information Management systems and associated competencies that will enable Airbus to “Pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world”

Through our Early Careers Program, we onboard the brightest minds from university campuses around India, selected through a nation-wide hackathon and interview process.

Qualification & Experience

• Engineering graduate (B.E/B.TECH)

• Understand the business requirements & specifications.

• Ability to learn Technical and Functional areas in any given area of Digital Technology

• Strong Analytical skills, Complex problem solving, ability to diagnose, reproduce & address application issues 

• Ability and willingness to learn about high performance computing

• Individual & proactive Way of Working. 

• Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaptation and learning of the business processes in Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively and embrace the speak up culture.

• Participate in Agile Development activities and deliver features for fix/improvement in the Applications support areas.

• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures.

• Write/Update knowledge management articles, as applicable.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on demand 

• Excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team

• Participate in various Knowledge sharing sessions , training organized in order to be well integrated within the teams.
