Job Information
Position Title: Trainee on ALSTOM Company Role (Not NATS, NEEM or NAPS)
Gender: Both Male & Female
Job Nature: Mechanical Assembly and Welding (Arc & Spot)
Working days: 5 days in a week, 2 shifts, 9 work hours.
Period of Engagement: 1 to 2 years.
Role: Temporary. Offer will be released for one year and will be extended for 2nd year based on your performance. Permanency will be decided only after two years based on the performance and business need.
Compensation & Benefits:
1st Year - 2.55 Lacs + 50,000 Site Allowance
2nd Year - 2.85 Lacs + 50,000 Site Allowance
- Bonus - 15,000 per year
- Shift allowance for 2nd shift & 3rd Shift
- Overtime allowance for extra work hours
- PF Saving - 43,200 per Year
- 6 Lacs Medical Insurance & additional ESI Coverage.
- Two-time food will be provided in all the shifts.
- Company transport will be provided in all the shifts.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company for two weeks from the date of joining.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on Technical Interview & HR interview after successful completion of 45 days on-the-job training through APSSDC. During this training period, Company will provide free accommodation, food & transport. No stipend during the 45 days OJT period.
